Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. They are really important and allow me to keep my business running. Thank you.

• A booking fee must be paid in order to secure an appointment date and time.
• Appointments will not be held. Another customer is able to take your appointment if you do not secure with a booking fee at point of booking.
• Deposits to be paid via BACS

BRIDAL

• There is a minimum booking value of £810 plus travel costs for wedding day makeup. Where the booking does not meet this criteria, Hali can still be booked however it will be charged at the minimum value.
• Where there are two brides the second bride is charged at the additional person rate and not at an additional bridal value.
• Where there are only bridal party and not a bride requiring wedding day makeup a minimum booking of six people is required.
• A contract including full terms and conditions will be sent via email upon your request to book me for your wedding. This is to be signed and returned. The booking is not secure without a signed contract.
• A deposit is required to secure the booking. A wedding date cannot be held without a deposit.
• The deposit is non refundable and non transferable.
• I do not offer payment plans.
• Your wedding makeup design session takes place after the booking is made and 3-6 months before the wedding date. The artist cannot be “trialed out” before making a booking.
• Wedding makeup preview sessions take place at Hali’s makeup room at her home in Chatham. These can be booked on Wednesdays to Thursdays between the hours of 9am to 2pm. They are subject to availability and take place in off peak season of October to March.
• Should the bridal party numbers go above a number that Hali can comfortably take on or should the wedding venue access time restrict the makeup completion, an assistant makeup artist will be required. This can be arranged by Hali. This is at an additional charge of £150 plus the assisting artists travel costs. This is also in addition to the cost per person for any additional bridal party.
• Should your bridal party numbers drop below the minimum booking requirement of bride plus four before your wedding date the minimum booking value of £810 plus travel must still be paid.
• If the location where makeup is taking place is over an hour and a half away from me, overnight accommodation at the location or close to the location is required. This is also applicable should the makeup start time be before 6am.
• Where I am required to attend two or more locations for wedding day makeup additional travel costs will be added.
• The balance is to be paid 3 weeks prior to your wedding. You will be given a date and reference in your contract.
• Should you need to postpone your wedding date and I am available on the new date a brand new contract will be drawn up. A new booking fee will be required. If the new date falls into the following year you will receive an updated quote to align with that years pricing. If I am unavailable on the new postponement date your deposit is non refundable.
• If members of your bridal party are paying for their own makeup this will need to be given to you in advance and the whole balance paid as a lump sum.

• I am fully insured with public liability insurance should your vendor require my certificate.
